Once you slice open the seals and open the flaps, you are greeted by the 466 page ring bound instruction booklet which sits in a nice trough. The box opens from the side so I would advise to slide the box out instead of just lifting it out of the carton. The box is HUGE! It measures 45.3cm (H) x 38.5cm (D) x 53cm (L) which is definitely making this the largest box that I’ve ever encountered from LEGO. I’ve been building this set since Monday and I’ve just finished the frame and some of the outer detailing so I thought I’d take a break and share some of the unboxing pictures (and a short video).
